Det har lenge vært et uttalt mål for byen rikeste mann, Richard Owen (004), å ha det høyeste bygget i Lego City. Hans storslagne Rich Finance Building får med jevnlige mellomrom en forhøyning, men har nå fått stor konkurranse om å være det høyeste bygget i byen. Pariserhjulet har nemlig skutt i været på Lego Square og holder nå tittelen «Lego Citys høyeste bygg» Det liker ikke Owen. «Dette er noe byråkratene på rådhuset har kokt sammen for å sverte meg og min person», sier Owen (som selv er leder for byrådet). 

Shakeloos svarer seg selv / Shakeloose answer himself

Richard Owens regnskapsfører og nære medarbeider, John Shakeloose (006), sier til Lego News: «Byen fører en agenda mot Rich Finance. Det hjelper ikke. Vi kommer bare til å bygge høyere.»  Som tilsvar uttaler byens finansrådgiver, John Shakeloose (006): «Rich Finance får stå for sine uttalelser. Dette er positivt for alle.» 

Til info: Også rådhuset er høyere enn Rich Finance Building.

Richard Owen (004) has long had a goal of owning the tallest building in Lego City. His great Rich Finance Building have constantly been given additional floors, but have received great competition lately. The new Ferris Wheel have been raised to the sky and holds now the tittle: «Lego City`s tallest building.». «This is something the bureaucrats in City Hall have come up with to smear me and my person» Owen says (who is also the leader of the City Council). 

Richard Owens accountant and close companion, John Shakeloose (006), says to Lego News that: «The City has an agenda towards Rich Finance. It won`t help.  We will only build higher». As a reply to this, the city chief economy councilor, John Shakeloose (006), comments: «Rich Finance`s can say what they want. This is good for everybody».

Additional info: City Hall is also taller than the Rich Finance building.
