Møt Richard Owen (005), Lego Citys rikeste mann. Richard Owen er forretningsmann og eier Rich Finance, det største selskapet i byen. Gjennom Rich Finance eier Owen store deler av byens forretninger og har en stor finger med i spillet i det meste av økonomisk aktivitet i byen. Han er også leder for byrådet og jobber derfor tett med hans største rival, borgermester Edwind Mulligan.

Richard Owens rikdom er bokstavelig talt skyhøy. Ettersom velstanden bare øker liker Owen å bygge på sitt allerede høye bygg, Rich Finance-bygget. «Det er litt stress å alltid måtte flytte opp en etasje. Jeg må jo bo og arbeide på toppen, men ellers er det kjekt å få bedre og bedre utsikt. Jeg gir meg ikke før jeg bor i det høyeste bygget i byen»¨.

Richard Owen er ute med familen og skal kjøpe kringler til hele gjengen. «Har du ikke noe mindre?», spør Gloria Bernard (054) i skranken. / Richard Owen is out with the family og buys pretsels for everybody. «Dont you have a smaller bill?»,  asks Gloraid Bernard (054) behind the counter.

Richard Owen bor i toppen sammen med kona og filmstjerne Astrid Greybrick og deres datter Hope. «Jeg har en flott familie og vi gjør mye gøy sammen. Det blir en del papparazzier når vi er ute, men det får vi leve med. Vi prøver å leve så vanlig som mulig».

Meet Richard Owen (005), Lego City`s richest man. Richard Owen is a business man and owns Rich Finance, the biggest company in town. Through Rich Finance Owen owns a big portion of the city`s businesses and plays an important role in all financial activity  in town. He is also the leader of the city council and works closely with his biggest rival, major Edwind Mulligan.

Richard Owen`s wealth is litteraly sky high and as his wealth increases he likes to build his tower, The Richard Finance Building, higher. “It is a little stressful to always move up a floor, but I must always live and work on the top floor. I will not rest until my building is the highest in town”

Owen lives on the top together with his wife and movie star Astrid Greybrick and their daughter Hope. “I have a great family and we do a lot of fun together. There is always som papparazzis following us, but we try to live as normal as possible.”
